A lot of people follow me on my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and all between. My journey to America with my brothers and parents in 1990 when I was only one and a quarter years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I tried to please them. I experienced a narrow vision regarding the success. My goal was in a way that I could pursue a degree, obtain work in a corporate then marry, and purchase a home. While I believed it was the best way to define achievement, the reality of life had its own goals. The amount of money I earned and the status of my work were not enough to make me content. I was convinced that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was fitness. In addition, I was a fan of having fun and being social, as well as giving the back to those around me. This took me down one of my new paths and to the realm of personal training. In 2014, I launched my small-scale business. This year, I will celebrate my 7th anniversary in 2021. There are very few Asian women are employed in this field. The coaching profession is a niche I'm determined create a change by offering high-quality coaching to help others become healthier and happier. In addition, I wish for others to feel empowered and able to pursue their ambitions and attain anything they wish to in life. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most satisfaction in my entire life. But, my mom died just as my professional career started to slow off. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven along with me in my mind and heart always. Lessons from life can be hidden from us yet they can prove extremely valuable. In so many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. I honestly believe that I was given another chance to experience her loss. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new journey and allow me to have my second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. My 30's are the first when I am truly feeling like it's a good time to be alive. When I share my experience I hope my experience will be a source of inspiration for your own. I hope that my writings can aid anyone realize that they're not all on your own. It is my hope that you will have the capability to do everything you desire. I pray to live your the life you want to live and have you die without regrets because that's the only thing we are able to count on in this time.
